South Hadley, MA:  David Pinciss and Matthew Woods of Vesper Realty Advisors represented The Yankee Candle Company in their 145,000 SF lease at 75 Canal Street, South Hadley.  The Landlord, General Cable Industries, was represented by Colebrook Realty Services and The Staubach Company.

ABOUT THE BUILDING:
Built in 1959 and situated on 9.9 acres along the Connecticut River, 75 Canal Street is a 145,000 SF Distribution Warehouse that was formerly home to General Cable Industries’ Western Massachusetts wire manufacturing plant.  The building houses approximately 7,000 SF of office space.  The Yankee Candle Company will occupy the entire building as its main distribution warehouse for the next 5 years.
